Not Everything is New in the New Normal

I was recently asked to speak on the topic of “Remote Working: a new normal” and it provoked in me some searching and some questions that appeared to challenge the notion of this being a “new” normal. There is much of what we are grappling with that are actually flaws in our existing working culture. Below is an adapted transcript of what I spoke about:
